If you are a NEW MASSAGE/RAPID CLIENT, you MUST complete the Health Intake Form *before* your appointment! (You will receive a separate email with a link to this form once you have booked in).
Our current Cancellation/No-Show Policy: we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session is forfeited, and payment will be taken. For no-shows or late arrivals (10+ minutes late), the full fee will be charged.
If more than 24 hours' notice is given, clients can rebook online using their user account without charge.
